The Trust Filter is not about where you are from. It is about how the manager on the other end of the call decides whom to trust.
The Work Global Accelerator was written from years of leading teams in India and the Philippines for Australian, British and American organisations. What it teaches is the Western side of the relationship, and that side does not change when you move the team from Bengaluru to Lahore, Dhaka, Cebu or Surabaya.
A manager in Sydney, London or Chicago cannot see your effort. They cannot see the hours, the care or the difficulty. They can only see what reaches them: how clearly you write, whether what you promised arrived, and whether you raised the problem before it became theirs.
That is the whole test: Clarity, Reliability, Proactivity. It is applied identically to a developer in Karachi, an analyst in Colombo, a designer in Jakarta, a virtual assistant in Manila and a graduate in Pune. The accent changes. The filter does not.
So the Accelerator does not teach Indian professionals how to work with Westerners. It teaches anyone working across that distance how the judgement is actually made, and gives them the habits that pass it: plain English, bottom line up front, the one-screen update, the early reset, the overnight update, and the context map.
| Where you are | What we work on with you |
|---|---|
| Pakistan, Bangladesh | Freelance and agency contexts where you are the whole interface: scoping, quoting, chasing sign-off, and holding a client relationship without a manager above you |
| Philippines | High-volume client-facing and support work: escalation judgement, tone under pressure, and stepping up from strong service delivery into team lead and account roles |
| Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia | Working in English as a second or third language while carrying technical authority: writing short, being direct without being blunt, and asking clarifying questions early |
| Sri Lanka, Nepal | Small-team and outsourced-vendor settings where one person's updates shape the client's view of the whole company |
| Anywhere overnight from your client | Turning a large time-zone gap into a delivery advantage rather than a communication debt |
Cohorts are deliberately mixed by country, role and industry. Hearing how a manager in London reads a Manila update, and how the same manager reads a Dhaka one, is part of the education.
One live session per week, scheduled in the morning IST, for the six weeks of your cohort. From Karachi that is early morning; from Manila or Jakarta, late morning to midday. Check the time where you are before you enrol. Everything else in the program is asynchronous, and sessions are recorded.
The whole program is in English, because that is the medium being assessed. You do not need perfect English. Much of the course is about writing less and writing plainer, which is easier, not harder, in a second language.
Fees are quoted exclusive of tax. Participants in India are charged in INR with 18% IGST, or reverse charge with a valid GSTIN. Participants in Australia are charged in AUD with 10% GST. Everywhere else you are charged in USD, GST-free as an export of services, on your confirmation that you are outside Australia and India.
You earn a certificate of completion with a shareable verification link. It records that you completed this program. It is not an accredited or regulated qualification in any country. See the Program Terms.
Full inclusions, plans and pricing are on the Accelerator page. The Program Terms set out cancellation and refunds (clause 11), tax by location (clause 10) and what we do and do not promise about access (clause 12).
There is one live session per week per cohort, and it runs in the morning, Indian Standard Time, wherever you are. Tell us where you work and what you do, and we will tell you which intake is open and what that session time is where you are, so you can check it works before you enrol.
