Website Terms of Use
Last updated: 27 July 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Work Global website, including all content, resources, forms, diagnostics, programs and services made available through it. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About Work Global
This website is operated by Work Global Pty Ltd (ACN 700 790 861, ABN 31 700 790 861) (“we”, “us”, “our”). The website provides information, educational content, resources, tools, diagnostics and details about books and training programs related to global workplace communication and professional development.
2. General Information Only
All content on this website, including articles, books and book extracts, workbooks, diagnostics and score results, resources, videos, programs and training materials, is provided for general informational and educational purposes only.
Nothing on this website constitutes, or is intended to constitute, professional, legal, career, employment or financial advice. You should not rely on any information on this website as a substitute for professional advice tailored to your specific circumstances.
3. Diagnostics and Self-Assessment Tools
The website offers self-assessment tools, including the Trust Filter Score. You acknowledge that:
- results are generated from your own self-reported answers and are indicative only
- results are not a professional, psychometric or clinical assessment, and are not an assessment of your ability, intelligence or employability
- results do not predict or guarantee any employment, promotion or career outcome
Diagnostic results are provided for reflection and educational purposes only.
4. No Guarantees or Representations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness or suitability of the content; the outcomes or results you may achieve; employment, promotion, compensation or career outcomes; or how any employer, manager, organisation or third party may respond to your actions. Any examples, scenarios or case studies (including characters and stories appearing in our book and materials) are illustrative only and do not guarantee similar outcomes.
5. Use of Educational Content and Resources
You acknowledge and agree that any use of information, tools, scripts, templates, diagnostics or frameworks is at your own risk; that you are responsible for how you apply any concepts in your workplace or professional life; and that workplace outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on the content provided.
6. Programs, Waitlists and Purchases
Joining a waitlist or registering interest in a program (including the Work Global Accelerator) does not create any obligation on you to purchase, or on us to supply, any product or service. Program details, content, pricing, and launch timing are indicative and may change before launch. The book Passing the Global Test is sold by third-party retailers (including Amazon), not by us through this website; your purchase is a transaction with that retailer, subject to its terms, pricing, delivery and returns policies. Any purchase of a program or service from us will be subject to separate terms provided at the time of purchase.
7. Billing, Tax and Purchaser Information
Where you purchase a program or service from us, you must provide complete, current and accurate information at checkout, including your name, contact details, billing address, the country you are located in, and any tax registration number relevant to the treatment you claim — a Goods and Services Tax Identification Number (GSTIN) if you are purchasing as a business in India, or an Australian Business Number (ABN) if you are in Australia. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of that information and for keeping it up to date.
We are registered for Australian GST (ABN 31 700 790 861) and registered in India for GST as a non-resident supplier of online information and database access or retrieval (OIDAR) services (GSTIN 9926AUS29003OSC). Our prices are quoted exclusive of tax. Applicable taxes are calculated and added at checkout on the basis of the information you provide, and the country you nominate determines both the currency you are charged in and the tax that applies:
- India. Indian Integrated Goods and Services Tax (IGST) is charged at the applicable rate, currently 18%, and remitted by us. Where you purchase as a business and supply a valid GSTIN, the supply is treated as business-to-business, we charge no IGST, and you acknowledge that the tax is payable by you as the recipient under the reverse charge mechanism and that you are responsible for accounting for and remitting it.
- Australia. Australian GST is charged at 10%, whether you purchase as a business or as an individual. An ABN you supply is recorded on your tax invoice but does not change the amount payable.
- Anywhere else. No Australian or Indian GST is charged, on the basis that the supply is a GST-free export of services. This treatment depends on you being located outside both Australia and India, which you must positively declare at checkout, and any tax payable in the place where you are located is your responsibility.
You warrant that the country you nominate, and any declaration you make about your location, is true when you make it. Where a tax authority determines that a different treatment applies, or where the information you gave was incorrect, we may re-issue your invoice on the correct basis and recover the resulting tax, interest, penalty and reasonable costs from you.
We check tax registration numbers only for correct format and structure. We do not warrant that any number you supply is genuine, current or registered to you, and we are not obliged to verify it against any government register. You warrant that any tax registration number you supply is your own, is valid, and entitles you to the tax treatment applied.
Invoices are issued using the details you provide. Where information you have supplied is incorrect, incomplete or out of date, you are responsible for any resulting consequences, including an incorrect tax treatment, an invalid invoice, a denied input tax credit, a rejected or reversed payment, delayed access, and any tax, interest, penalty or reasonable cost we incur as a result. You agree to indemnify us for those amounts. We may re-issue an invoice, recover any tax shortfall from you, or suspend access where details prove to be incorrect. Requests to correct an invoice should be made as soon as you become aware of the error, and in any event within the maximum period permitted or required by applicable law.
8. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or other applicable legislation that cannot be excluded. Where goods or services supplied by us are subject to non-excludable guarantees under the ACL, our liability is limited, at our option and to the extent permitted by law, to resupplying the services (or equivalent goods), or paying the cost of having the services supplied again.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage (including indirect, consequential, special or economic loss) arising out of or in connection with your use of this website or its content, and we are not liable for loss of income, loss of opportunity, loss of employment, loss of reputation or business interruption. This limitation applies whether the liability arises in contract, tort (including negligence), equity, statute or otherwise.
10. Third-Party Services and Links
This website may use or link to third-party services, platforms or tools (including but not limited to Netlify, Notion, email providers, booksellers and external websites). We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, content or accuracy of third-party services, or any loss or damage arising from their use. Your use of third-party services, including purchasing the book from any third-party retailer, is subject to their own terms and policies.
11. Intellectual Property

You agree not to use this website in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent; to misrepresent your identity or affiliation; to interfere with the website's operation or security; to submit false or misleading information through our forms or diagnostics; or to copy or scrape content without permission.
13. Changes to Content and Services
We may modify, update, suspend or discontinue any part of the website, resources, diagnostics or programs at any time without notice. We do not guarantee the continued availability of any specific content, program or resource.
14. Privacy
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle personal information, including your form responses and diagnostic results.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and any courts entitled to hear appeals from those courts.
