1. Our Privacy Obligations

We are an Australian-based business and are subject to the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). While our services are provided to individuals and organisations in India and other countries, we primarily comply with Australian privacy law. By using our website or services, you acknowledge that your personal information will be handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy and Australian privacy requirements.

We may collect personal information including, but not limited to:

  • name and email address
  • country or location
  • organisation name and role or position
  • responses to forms, surveys, waitlists and workbooks
  • responses to self-assessment diagnostics (such as the Trust Filter Score), and the scores and result categories generated from them
  • communications with us
  • usage data related to our website or services

We only collect personal information that is reasonably necessary for our business activities.

3. How We Collect Personal Information

We collect personal information when you submit forms (including waitlists, enquiries, workbooks or diagnostics); download resources or request materials; sign up for programs or updates; communicate with us by email or through the website; or interact with our content or services. Some information may also be collected automatically through website analytics or service providers.

4. How We Use Personal Information

We may use your personal information to provide resources, tools, diagnostic results and educational materials; respond to enquiries; administer waitlists, programs or training; communicate updates or information related to Work Global (including book and program launches); improve our content, services and offerings; and manage internal records and operations.

We may use your diagnostic responses and scores to personalise the resources and communications we send you (for example, suggesting materials relevant to your results), and in aggregated, de-identified form to improve our tools and for research or content purposes. We will not publish or share your individual results in a way that identifies you.

We do not sell personal information.

We may disclose personal information to third parties where reasonably necessary to operate our business, including: Netlify (website hosting and form collection); Notion (data storage and internal management); Microsoft services (email, document storage and collaboration); and email service providers and analytics tools. These service providers may store or process data outside Australia, including in India, the United States or other jurisdictions. We take reasonable steps to ensure third-party providers handle personal information in accordance with applicable privacy standards.

6. Overseas Disclosure

Your personal information may be stored or processed outside Australia. By providing your personal information, you consent to the overseas disclosure of your information to the service providers listed above. While we take reasonable steps to select reputable providers, we cannot guarantee that overseas recipients will comply with Australian privacy laws.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. However, no system can guarantee absolute security. You provide information at your own risk.

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you (including your diagnostic responses and scores), or request correction or deletion if you believe it is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. We may send you emails or communications related to resources you requested; your diagnostic results; updates about Work Global, the book, or programs that may be relevant. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in our communications.
