Passing the Global Test showed you the invisible test. This workbook turns that understanding into changes in your actual emails, updates and habits, one short session at a time.
Haven't taken the free Trust Filter Score yet? Start there. It takes 5 minutes and tells you which session to prioritise.
Leave your name and email so we can keep your workbook sessions together and send your completed answers back to you. Your personal playbook, built from your real work.

Your sent folder is the most honest record of how your manager experiences you. Let's read it the way they do.
Before sending any update, check: Would this fit on one phone screen? Is the bottom line the first line? Could my manager answer “do I need to worry?” in ten seconds? Full method →
You've just done what most professionals never do, read your own signals from the other side of the table. Session 2 looks at what happens to your manager's trust between your “yes” and your delivery.
Every kept commitment charges your manager's Trust Battery. Every silent slip drains it, even the ones you rescued heroically at midnight.
Situation → Impact → Solution. The exact structure for flagging a delay in a way that increases trust. Example: “The Finance data arrived 48 hours late (situation). I can't hit Friday; realistic delivery is Monday 12pm your time (impact). I've started the analysis and can send the top 5 findings by 4pm today (solution).” Full script →
Save your Reset script. You now have it ready before you need it, which is the whole point.
Technically excellent work still fails when it misses the real business need. Fifteen minutes of context beats forty hours of misdirected effort.
Before starting any project, answer the 3 Ps: Purpose (why does this task exist, what decision or goal does it serve?), People (who is the primary audience, a CEO needs a different output than a tech lead), Precedent (what did “good” look like last time, is there a template?).
Send that update tonight. Tomorrow morning, notice what it feels like when your manager's first message is “thanks, great to see this” instead of a question.
Influence = Trust + Visibility. You've been building the trust. This session makes your value visible, without bragging.
Activity: “I tested the release.” Outcome: “I cleared the release for Friday's launch, no blockers.” Same work; only the second one builds influence.
You now have your own Reset script, Context Map, Overnight Update and Outcome statements, built from your real work, not hypotheticals. Awareness got you here. Habit is what managers actually see. The Work Global Accelerator is six weeks of structured practice, drills and feedback to make these signals automatic.
